Perhaps I'm blind to it, but where can I find the option to set my own cutter settings? I have particular settings I use for vinyl -- I have found it once because I've already cut with it, but I've slept since then!

Choose your cutter first in the "cutter settings" tab. Then go to Cutter on tab and you will see your cutter when it says "cut with......". There will be your settings.

I see that, but I don't have the opportunity to change the settings as I did in SCAL3. They are all "preset" now. I've added my own "custom setting", but even there I can't choose pressure and speed.

I'm sure it's a very simple task, I'm just not finding this one!

check to see that you downloaded version 4.001. They had to make fix for this issue and you probably have 4.000. I see the pressure and speed settings in mine.
