help needed please

Hi Can anyone help please. When cutting my files it repeats and cuts
twice. I have the multi cut set to off. this happens to all files
so am sure they are not one on top of another.
should I try and reinstall SCAL.

Roni, many times files have layers. You may want to use Object > Ungroup or right click on the image to do the same command. Once you have the image ungrouped, move the top layer to make sure there isn't a second layer underneath.

Hi there
Great suggestions made already - just to check what software are you using to cut with ? Does is have a setting to allow repeat cuts / passes of the file?
Might be worth checking to see it is set on only 1

Thankyou. I have un grouped a file etc etc and it still persists in cutting twice, and yes the multi cut is set to off. This is not just one file it is all of my files. Any other suggestions please?
