I designed a template in eCal and am sharing it on my Blog. I also provided a little cheat sheet if you want to design a template yourself using a different scallop border.

Loved your card and you got me to look up some winter scene coloring book pages and found this cool site. I like to use my copic pens and even trace and use print and cut. Here is the link for anyone interested.
