Craft Edge

I just got my sure cuts a lot program activation code # by e-mail, but I need to put the program on a computer that is not connected to the internet. I tried doing it manually, but I get an invalid information pop up when I type in the code and serial number from the back of the machine. How do I fix this so I can start using the software? APC

I would suggest that you go back to craftedge.com and read about activation, if the answer is not there then click on support and ask there. Generally speaking CraftEdge does not monitor this forum.
