Here you go, traced in inkscape with the bezier tool from your pic

just duplicate and path>union if you want it bigger.

in scal I would place the picture then use the pen tool

have a play with it when you have some time, best way to learn is to just play LOL

yes, it's big but I tend to trace/draw large then resize after - why make it hard for yourself
