update error

did update and now wont let me cut. says checking firmware and hangs up. HELP

Hi, what version did you update? Win or Mac, if Win which one.... others are having problems too,.

On the mac vs of ecal it cut without a problem WHEW!

Sorry for your problem, hopefully CE will be awake and will see what is happening.
