Activation and installing V 3.046-Possible FIX 4th post

Hi gang.
This newest version I downloaded this morning, keeps asking for activation.
I sent a message to support as well.
Was there a secret to this previously in other versions that I missed?
Way behind I still had 3.0.0.7
Update: thanks to support!! My activation fixed for me

Hi everyone I have downloaded and installed 3.046 installed ok didn't ask for activation code, but when I go to launch the app it crashed on int menu anyone else having issues with the install.
running on mac 10.7

I don't have a mac, but it installed fine on win7 and opened okay.
Maybe try to download and install a second time and if that does not work, then contact
support@craftedge.com
or use this form, and give them your OS and other pertinent info.

Hi
I had an email form the support team and their instructions they gave work, hope these work for you too.
Immediately after starting the program,
hold down the Control key on the keyboard.
Keep it held down and after a few seconds it should ask to load default
settings.
Click ok to see if it loads then

Glad the fix worked:)
Mine was just that it would not accept the registration, and support reset it.
@gj1 - The other problem I was/am having is that if I import a pdf, have it in the preview window, then try to search for another file up one level in the explore window (open- look in), I get a debug and runtime error and crashes.
UNLESS the other file is in same level of directory or I uncheck the preview box, then I can search for a new file up or on different level, then it is ok.
I sent a message to support but have not heard back yet. Seems like it does not release (?) the pdf file or something.
Using WinXP for now, Can you try this with XP or Win7 please? I will be installing on Win7 soon.
So far it only seems to happen if I have a pdf in the preview window..maybe something at my end?

I did not have a problem. I clicked IMPORT and found a .pdf and clicked on it and it showed in the preview and then I went to a different location and click on an .svg and it showed in the preview...then I just clicked on last folder and it led back to the .pdf preview....no error message...using win7 64bit.
