sending fonts

I was wondering if there's a way to email font or dingbat pictures to somone who doesn't have that font on their computer and have it show up like it does on my computer? Example my mom wanted a heart cut out of vinyl and I found the perfect dingbats all hearts, but needed to have her choose the one she wanted, when I emailed the choices to her they showed up on her computer as numbers and letters, which his how I typed them out in Microsoft Word, is there some other way to send these examples to her so she can see what I see?

You would have to e-mail her the font so she can load it onto her computer. You could also do a screen shot of the hearts and e-mail her that.
