Help with software updating

Hi. I have been having ongoing issues with my software.
Part of the problem is no one can tell me how to remove the driver.
Yes, I was on the phone yesterday with Sizzix for over 2 hours, and they can't help me either.
So, I decided to try and install from my orginal cd.
The install worked.
Now, I am trying to update the software and I am confused as to what I am updating.
I have an eclips.
I have the sure cuts a lot ECAL software for eclips.
Should I be going to the craftedge website to update or is there something else I am suppose to update?
