I have a loaner computer right now because the motherboard in my other computer is fried. Eventually I'll have my computer back but I'm not sure when and I'd really like to download SCAL. If I download SCAL to this computer will I be able to get it on the other computer without paying for it again?

Yes you can download it on to several machines - just keep you access code you get when you register and use it again later.
