My exchange student needed a creative way to ask a girl to homecoming...SCAL comes to the rescue.
The vinyl was too heavy for the helium.,,,live and learn.
The girl was in a play called The Suessification of Romeo and Juliet, thus the Dr. Suess Font and Cat in the Hat hat (got that off this forum).
SCAL is amazing. I don't use it nearly enough!! Thank you.

This is just toooo cool!!! They look so nice together...the kids and the balloons :) Did you end up using vinyl or something different?
