In SCAL 2 If you press Ctrl and the number 3 it will take you to the Shapes Library. You can also find it under the Window menu. The Shapes library has two drop down boxes that default to View All and Basic shapes. Click on the arrow next to Basic Shapes and a menu will pop up. Scroll down to where it says USA and click. It has all of the states, really! The shapes library has so many awesome shapes that really come in handy, take time to explore them. HTH!
