I'm not sure if this is taboo or not, but I am interested in getting some of the images from 2 of the newest PC cartridges to convert to use, Damask Decor & Elegant Edges. Any idea where to get the pic with the images on it?

Yes this is for sure TABOO, we don't convert cartridges here.
