Can someone please help me with this image. I have tried inkscape and just dont get it.

I tried to convert this image but since it isn't really clear it was hard. Do you have a link to a more clear image?

It's not exactly what you have there, but this is the best I could do.

While I created the previous design, I made a simple cross, perhaps it could be of use to somebody.
