is it vinyl? is it something else?

I'm going to be making some t shirts for my son's swim team, but I have no idea what to buy..is it heat transfer? Where is a good place to buy it in small amounts?

I can make a design , I just don't know what to use to put on the shirts.....any assistance is quite welcome!

heat press vinyl is what you would use...

I used the Iron on Vinyl from Signwarehouse. It was very easy to use and I think it looks pretty good.
