Can someone help with this?

I'd like to cut this in vinyl, but I have new idea how to make a file or svg for Sure Cuts A Lot2. Can anyone help? I have the actual photo if that is easier to work with. I also have some clip art images that I'd like to be able to cut (out of cardstock) if anyone is ambitious and can help with those I'd be extremely appreciative!

I just wanted to let you know that I tried, but this project is a little out of my league. Sorry I couldn't help.

Here you go. I hope this works. It is in 3 colors just like the picture.
