Wanting to make polka dots w/out all the hassle!

Hi everyone!
You can tell from my question, I am a complete newbie!!!
I just got my Cricut machine in the mail this week. My first project is the glass ornaments with a monogram and polka dots. I would like to know if there is a way with SCAL to just copy the circles/dots that you have already sized instead of having to enter a circle and resize each one over and over and over....? Does this question make sense to anyone or am I rambling? See what I mean about spotting a new person a mile away?!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and God bless,
Kim
