Can I convert a tiff picture to svg. I have an outline of a tractor and I can't get it to come on my cricut to cut.
Yes. Open the picture with GIMP. Use the magic wand tool to trace the shapes. Convert the selection to paths. Save the paths as SVG. You can do the same thing with Photoshop, saving paths as Illustrator and then to SVG.
