I purchased SCAL 2 a month ago. I had problems with it on my lap top and tried to activate it on my other computer. When I tried to do this the program said that I had already used both of my licenses and I had only activated it ONCE on my laptop and tried to do for the second time.

I had to deactivate SCAL 2 on my laptop and was able to activate it on my other computer. Now I had the same problems with my other computer, SCAL2 crashes when I try to add lines to my images. I did what was adviced at craftedge webpage :

"9. I'm running Windows Vista and am having problems with the program freezing. What should I do?
Try to run the program in Windows XP Compatibility Mode. Click here for instructions."

And now SCAL is asking me to activate it again and it says that registration information you have entered is invalid. Please try again. 2543.

I did the same thing with my laptop before trying to activate it on my other computer. Did this use my 2 licenses?

How can I activate SCAL2 again ?????

I have a cake I need to finish today for my daughters birthday and now I am not able to use SCAL

Please, please can anyone help me?

Turn off the XP compatibility, download and install the current version of SCAL2 from http://www.craftedge.com/download/download.html

Start SCAL and go to the Help menu. There is an option there to deactivate SCAL, so use that. Then change the compatibility back to XP and re-activate your SCAL. When you change the compatibility SCAL thinks that it hasn't been activated, so it is best to deactivate it before changing compatibility.
