Can someone tell me why my SCAL 2 keeps locking down? I uninstalled and reinstalled the newest version and it did it
before and is still doing it now? I would appreciate it as this is VERY annoying...

Are you using vista??? If using vista right click on the SCAL folder go to property settings and put compatibility to winxp..
