I want something like this image... can you help me?

I was thinking that may be it can be converted this file into svg... but i dont know how to do it

Here it is. This one is pretty simple to trace, just increase the brightness setting until you get a good trace. HTH

PS That is pretty much just a comma, so if you use a font manager it is pretty simple to search your fonts for one with a comma similar to that one... no tracing needed that way.
