I have tried "tac it over and over", Crafters Companion stick and spray repositionable adhesive, Vellum temporary spray and probably others that I don't remember but the one I love the most and swear by is Xyron temporary adhesive. I use the 9" cartridge.
The others either don't stick, don't last or leave some kind of undesirable residue behind.
