I traced an image but it has some unwatned bits on it

I cannot break it apart any more is there anyway of getting rid of the two small lines that will spoil the cut image.
Thanks

It is an Iris fold pattern and 2 pieces were too small to contain the number so they put a line from the space to the number outside the image.
it is these two small lines I need to erase.

Thanks

If you are talking bout right in SCAL just delete the nodes.. click on the node options in your tool box and then click the node.. when it goes blue then click your backspace arrow to delete it..

sorry I am very new at this and cannot find how to get to the NODES.
I downloaded this image from the web.
Maybe if I draw over the outline myself I can eliminate the two unwanted lines.
