There are also many dingbats for road signs. I typed in "road sign dingbats" in the Windows search engine and a whole bunch popped up

the metal tools i bought at my local scrapbook shop and the checkerplate background i bought at kmart, its vinyl book covering and its back is sticky so dont even need adhesive. but if you dont have the vinyl just wrap a bit aluminum foil around some thin cardboard and run it through the cuttlebug with whatever embossing plate you want to achieve a great look.

It turned out great! It amazes me how much imagination people have and all the great things people come up with.
