Craft Edge

Has anybody had freezing of the screen while working and then having the problem of being unable to close the programme or save the work and open new screen,this is the first time i have used this version in a while,i have been on holiday and not well,i was doing a clean up of a trace of a very simple drawing of an apple clipart, not had any problems before.will i have to go to version 12?

I've experienced the same thing.............I did find if I click on the screen and drag the cursor over where the tool bars should be on the screen, the individual actions appear and I can close the program. It's anoying tho. I did send an email to support@craftedge.com to ask about it last week but have not heard anything.........maybe the holiday delayed a response.

Girls dont panic, I had major problems with 2.013 and emailed Craftedge and if you will go to craftedge download and click on down load 2.013 it is downloading 2.012 because of sooooo many problems. So just goto download and all better.... best wishes Katie

If I need to load the earlier version - do I need to do anything about registration - or by doing the download does it just replace the 2.013, and all set to go?

So I should wait a while to download 13 ????

You have no choice... they took it down and 2.012 is the latest version.

It still says 2.13 in the upload spot but you will notice it is actually 2.11 you get, so dont get confused

The latest version is 2.12
