How to make this logo an svg cut?

So, I am in charge of making a teacher's retirement album and they want a cut of the logo but I just don't know how to break apart the layers so I can get all the colors right.

Couldn't sleep so started exploring unanswered posts... I combined the text with the dark yellow and the maroon circles, so if you prefer to cut out the letters from white paper, you will have to break apart the layers. Hope this isn't too late to help! Not sure how this will cut with all the little black pieces, but it is a start...
