Craft Edge

I noticed every time I create an object in inkscape the size of the object shows px instead of inches.. Is there any way that I can set it so it opens in inches all the time.. I managed to get my mat settings to stay as I put them but not the shape size.. Its so darn frustrating..

If you go into File> Document Properties, a box will pop up and under Page, it says Default units in...... and you can put in IN for inches. Mine is set there permanently so I am guessing that is where I put in my preference when I set up Inkscape

Thanks for letting me know this.. I knew there was a way but couldn't remember offhand.. blond moment..lol
