Help with converting this Road Sign to an SVG

Hi Everyone!!
It is my first time posting on this forum. I was wondering if someone could please help me convert the attached road sign file into a layered SVG. I have tried working with Inkscape & I just can't get it right!!
Any help would be appreciated!

WOW...Thank you, Thank you..THANK YOU!!! I was trying for hours to get it right and yours is perfect
Any chance you could convert this one for me too?? If not that is ok
If anyone is wondering what I am doing with these files...I am making a 50th birthday card for my Dad that has the slippery car sign with "caution slow down 50 ahead" underneath. He loves cars & driving so I thought it would be a humorous twist as he approaches 50

Are we allowed to post finished projects on this forum? I don't have a blog. IF I can get the card to turn out the way it appears in my head I'll be very happy! I am half-way there with these SVG files done....Thanks again
