Convert .mtc file?

I found these really cute picnic baskets in the MTC forums when googling for baskets to make. I love the baskets but only use SCAL of course

I'm very new to this and therefore don't know if it's possible to convert these somehow. Is this possible? If not, does anyone know of any other "basket" type files I can use. I did a search in the forums and wasn't able to find anything else.
