Craft Edge

I'd like to be able to put text in a circle on the red layer of these circles in Inkscape 0.47 for car decals. I know how to do text in a circle on a path, but not how to get it within the path. Any help with directions would be greatly appreciated.

Ahh, okay, figured out how to do the top arch on the words. Guess it just took asking. But now I can do a bottom arch but the letters are not right side up in the arch if that makes sense. I'd like for the bottom letters to be able to be read right side up.

This video was done for 0.45 but may give you some ideas and probably is not much different in 0.47.
