please help

hi having problem when opening sure cut (1) but only two window open the cutting mat and the one that shows the alphabet or pictures. the properites window seems to have disappeared what can i do thank. loopy.

Sometimes it "hides" at the very bottom of the screen. If you can't get it back try "Edit", "Preferences", "Restore Defaults"

You can change the size of the windows by moving your mouse to the line or space where the two windows meet. You will get a double arrow. Just move it up and any hidden windows will appear.
