I just installed on my new laptop SCAL2 and updated the drivers and installed cricut firmware - and I can not cut - any ideas??

Did you activate the SCAL software on the Craftedge website?

And did it give you a message that the activation was complete?

Sometimes it won't work if the activation didn't finish.

I didn't have the right version clicked on for my expression - in such a snit about it not working that I was not paying attention to the version - thanks for trying to help.
