Conversion please

Can someone please convert this for me, and also give me instructions on how to do it

Ok--I tried......I was able to get it broke apart by using both Inkscape and SCAL. However, I only have the whites of the eyes, white between the legs, and Clifford's tongue.

Maybe someone else can get the all of the parts for you.

Here he is. He is for SCAL 2, I grouped the colors for easier cutting. When the black base layer cuts it will do the small cut out between his legs. I did not test cut.
