First time I have uploaded something. I did cut it and it cuts nice. It is a scut 2 file
Valentine's Day welded together.

Well I tried to upload and got this message. The upload was rejected because the uploaded file was identified as a possible attack vector.

What am I doing wrong?

That's a first. An attack vector. I have never heard that term before.

I just tried again, is it because it is a scut file not svg?

You can upload scut or svg files...
