Okay so here is my take on this.. Wow what a challenge.. I was having a brain fart earlier today but managed it..LOL
The background was made using filters in inkscape..

DC, I cut it this morning, large, about 8" for a tile. Cut just fine.

Sorry, I'm incapable of helping with this, but I wanted to say that my grandson thinks that the correct expression is BUMPER, not bummer!

You can open it in PAINT and then hit the resize button and change to 50% and then file and save as the same picture and then you should beable to post it better...or post it large and I will resize it for you.
