MTC is "make the cut" a new software that came out in december and works in much the same way as SCAL. They've got a messageboard/forum on their site too.

I think SCAL is adding to their product to keep up with MTC...I notice Scrappydew does the video tutorials for MTC as well.. that's okay if they keep adding to SCAL I'm quite happy about that.. I just wish they had a combine button though so like in inkscape everything gets put back together normally after you do the breakapart option... I hate when you make an O and then break it apart so the center comes out and then you put it back together and the piece is grouped and darker..

I updated but under path nothing is highlighted so I can't use it. No nodes, no boolen just the same. I unistalled and reinstalled, nothing changed. Sent email to tech, no answer yet. I had a problem with last update and they never contacted me after I sent the file I was trying to use.I need help.
