the base is white, then the gray layer, then the black outline, and finish with the blue collar.

Also,
You could cut the black outline as a window decal.

I think you got most part right with two exceptions.

The cut you had on white paper should be the brown cut. And the cut that is on the brown paper should be on white.

Secondally, you may need to adjust the size of the green jacket to fit the size. I eyeballed it when I placed it on the SCAL. So you may have to adjust the size of the jacket to nicely fit. It seems like that the boy is wearing XL size while a Medium size jacket should do

From the image you provided, this is the closest we can get. Your best bet will be to start from a pattern image instead of the picture of end project. But give this a shot.

I think the best thing to do in this instance would be to buy the wrapper, and then make your own by opening up the cupcake wrapper so it lies flat and scan it and then create your own....

nateandsara the image is too small.. we would need a bigger and clearer image to convert it over to an svg..
