Yes, you can make a file like this from a picture. It will depend on the picture. Some pictures work better than others.

Hello-
Been lurking a while and this is my first post.
We call my son baby cow (affectionately) and I want to do a page related to that. I am looking for a cute cartoonish cow head that I can cut an oval out of the center and have a picture of his face show through. An svg. file would be nice as I would like the layer the paper pieces. I just need something that would work as his picture being the face - kind of like a Halloween costume. Any ideas?
TIA - Once I figure out how to post designs and files, I hope to share all of my 12x12 overlays and wordbooks.

Will this work? I didn't add eyes or spots. Those should be easy enough to do in SCAL if you want them.
