DESPERATE FOR HELP!! INSTALLING DINGBATS ON COMPU THEN SCAL

Hi Shari...Thank you again for all of your support I truly appreciate it...I opened the box all the way and there is nothing in it...I even scrolled down all the way to the bottom and the dingbats are not there...Any other ideas???? Thanks again

The only other suggestion is to shut down the computer and then restart it - possibly for some reason the install just didn't 'take'.

Other than that, re-install the font and try all over again. I know it works because I donwloaded it and tried it on my computer.

I'm not at my computer with SCAL on it now, but I think there's a refresh button on the Fonts window. Try clicking that, then click off of the font you want to use and click back on it. Scroll through the font display window and see if they appear. If not, go to Word or something that uses the fonts folder and see if you can use that font there. If not, I'd say maybe you need to reinstall it. It's possible the zipped file lives in the fonts directory rather than the expanded file, you could test by bringing up Windows Explorer, find the font file and right click on it. If the right click options has "Extract", then the file is not unzipped and you're trying to use the zip version. If all that fails, I'm afraid that I have no more ideas. Hope something helps!
