I'm with you, the tracing feature is AWSOME!!

Hi everyone. Yes, I am a newbie and I really haven't gotten down the SCAL 1st version. What is different between the two version? I am trying to decide if I need it or not since I haven't really played with the first one much.

Have a wonderful everyone

I have to agree with others about paying another $30 when I just bought 1 in May but I did buy it and I have had nothing but problems. The program freezes and errors,I can save a project but errors when I reopen it,I have tried to open ones that I have from this forum and some open just fine but some error as well. I can open all with the version 1.I was really excited about 2 and it said it was more stable but it is not......very disappointed.

From what I have read on various boards, SCAL has issues while running if other programs are also running - mostly anti-virus software. I have found it works just fine if nothing else is running. I shut down my anti-virus and use my firewall software to disable the internet (I also disable the wireless internet, as I use a laptop). I also do not have anything else running - MSN Messenger, media players, word processing software - nothing but SCAL.
