If you try the superformula tool be aware that it will generate svgs but they a bazillion nodes so I recommend you just trace the output instead.

I went to the site, but couldn't figure out how to enter your own shape. Looks cool.

There is a font 09 kutups that has alot of the shapes in it. It was a free download. Just put the name in google search.
