pop up letters: made with a font graciously shared by https://cleversomeday.wordpress.com/?s= ... hbutton=Go! (Sally Pop tab; last on the page, need to scroll down) and combined with instruction form Susan Blue Robot to delete nodes at http://susanbluerobot.blogspot.com/
