help with shaped album

OK - I've had SCAL for a little over a year and still haven't learned to use the software. I need to make a shaped album but have no idea how to do it!! Can anyone help - if there is anyone interested in helping me out, I can send a picture to you of the style book I'm looking to make. Thanks in advance and just for FYI, I haven't updated to the latest version of SCAL yet.
