Looking to turn this into an svg, obviously some of the sides do not show up, however it does not have to be perfect, can anyone do anything with this i would like to make this into a birthday card. asap, any help is appreciated

It traces very well in inkscape with the threashold of 78, all you need to do is click on the image and copy then open inkcape and paste then go to path in that window dropdown click on trace bit map and change the threashold to 78.
