Can I manually move Registration Marks

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to move the registration marks manually? Example after placing and sizing image the registration marks are being printed to close to the edge for my cutter to recognize. Is there a way to drag them in closer to the image without resizing the image. I am using Sure Cuts Alot 5 and my cutter is a GCC Expert II Lx.

From the main SCAL5 screen, go to Cutter>Cutters Settings and you will see your reg mark settings, such as size, thickness, and position options. Sounds like choosing "Mark inset from print bounds" would be your best bet and then below that you can select the distance from the edges of the printout. I own a Skycut and that's the setting I use most of the time.
