Need help exporting so Cricut will open

When I export my file and try to open in design space I keep getting an error that need an administrator to give permission to open file. I am the administrator and the security is completely open. Just like every other folder on my machine that design space opens files from. What do I need to do. I am frustrated. Just purpchased SCAL today and need to get this project done asap.

Hi, are you exporting as a .jpg, png, svg, etc? as those should work. I'm not sure about scal or ecal files....maybe someone else does.
