Hi SCAL 3 users - recommendations on version?

Hi there everyone!!
I've been away for awhile. (too long)
So I want to install a new"er" version on my laptop w/ Win7 with original cameo.
Any recommendations from the MB on whish versions are running nice and smooth? I keep most backed up - somewhere.

I know there has been a few updates since I last installed anything:
It was 3.007 Runs well though..lol
