Tee-shirt

Post by Soulsisterd »

My 1st teeshirt with vinyl. I purchased tee-shirt vinyl samples from craftvinyl.com. It was very easy to work with. I used my iron.. Next I'm going to use my tee-shirt press. I can tell that I will be investing in some tee-shirt vinyl. :D

Same template I just used fabric paint. I am still trying to get the hang of the rhinestone feature. Some the the stones I purchased does give the size. and I used some large stamps I got from Acmoore a few years ago for like $0.25.

yEAH..both look great. I do lots of shirts but I like the Avery iron on transfers as the ink is softer than the vinyl. if you turn in 10 printer ink cartridges at Staples they email you a $20. Coupon. I use it to buy the transfers.

I look forward to seeing more shirts, especially rhinestone. maybe someone with experience doing rhinstones can help figure it out for you.

HI there

here is a link to http://acraftyfamily.com/yahoo_site_adm ... 28_std.gif

to a rhinestone sizing chart these may help you work out what size you have - if you are creating a stencil for multiple applications the holes for the rhinestones need to be about .5 bigger than the stones to allow them to fit in and the stencil to be lifted off

there are lots of charts out there is you search for rhinestone sizing chart - also worth taking a look on youtube, Carolyn has her own videos about creating rhinestone templates on her channel Cuttwopieces and there are a ton of how to videos by various folk and companies which are all helpful

good luck - lovely looking tshirt
