had pc trouble and had to restart the computer form factory settings. how can i re install sure cuts a lot?

You can download it from CraftEdge website or load it from the cd if you bought the cd version. If you have the authorization number you originally used, you can use it to authorize your installation (at CraftEdge website - read the help in the software or the FAQs online for instructions if you need them). If you don't have an authorization number, send an email to Todd and he'll give you a number. You can go to the Support page on the website to request one. HTH
