Hi,
How do you guys edit contrast or sharpness etc...of an image in SCAL?

You don't. SCAL wasn't designed to be a raster editing program but rather a vector design and cutting program. You need to use a raster program for any raster images you need to edit. I use Affinity Photo personally. But some use Photoshop and others use Gimp (which is free). And, of course there are others including some phone apps, I'm sure.

Help! After successfully using SCAL5 with my Cameo 4 for several months I am now receiving a slash mark through all of my cuts. I have tried everything I can think of to resolve the problem.

Please post a photo of an example of these slashes. Also, do they cut as deeply as the other cuts?
